Paul Davis Joins Lang Michener

We are pleased to announce that Paul Davis has joined the Corporate Finance/Securities Group in the Toronto office of Lang Michener as counsel.

 

Paul’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, business restructuring and start-ups and a broad range of securities and business law matters for both private and public issuers. He has significant experience advising his clients in the purchase and/or sale of businesses (both public and private) in North America and South East Asia, capital raising for public and private companies across a wide range of industries, as well as the structuring and negotiating of partnerships in North America, Europe and the Middle East, and the development and implementation of management structure, and governance and internal controls.
