The Carbon Capture & Storage Global Legal Symposium presented by the University College London’s Carbon Capture Legal Programme and New York University’s School of Law, will examine the emerging legal regimes for CCS in various jurisdictions. The event will aim to identify significant trends, regulatory success stories, and key legal gaps and obstacles that still need to be addressed to ensure effective CCS deployment. The Symposium will provide the opportunity for attendees to compare and discuss a wide range of CCS related matters.
