Our public company transactional experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers, target companies, investment dealers, lenders and financial advisors in complex transactions that involve a variety of business combinations, including the purchase of assets or shares, going private transactions, take-over bids (friendly and hostile), amalgamations and plans of arrangement.
