Professional Activities
Shannon joined the firm as an Associate in the Business Law Group in September of 2008 after summering and articling with the firm.
Shannon spent the summer of 2008 working for the "Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry" program at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Her role included acting as a guide, project mentor and a course facilitator.
Shannon has experience as a legal researcher having worked at Connexion 2 in Sheffield, England. Her work included research on privacy legislation in Canada and Germany. Shannon spent her final term of law school on exchange to Stockholm University, in Stockholm, Sweden. Shannon also taught English in South Korea, was President of Dalhousie's Commerce Society in her final year of undergrad and was elected Valedictorian of her Commerce graduating class.
