Professional Experience
Roberto is an associate in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice includes all facets of commercial real estate transactions.
Roberto joined the firm as a summer student in 2009 and returned to complete his articles in 2011. During this time, Roberto assisted on a variety of business law matters including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, commercial litigation, and large corporate restructurings.
While attending law school, Roberto took an active role in the community. He participated in a number of Student Law Society committees and initiatives, provided legal information to small business owners at the Centre for Enterprise and Law, interned at the faculty's mediation clinic, volunteered at Community Legal Aid, and participated in Habitat for Humanity's Student Community Build.
