Professional Experience Mike is an associate in the firm's Vancouver office and a member of its Capital Markets Group and U.S. Securities Group. He has experience in general corporate and securities related matters and provides Canadian and U.S. securities law advice to a broad range of companies that are listed in Canada and the United States and has assisted such companies with their formation, structuring, financing, listing and disclosure requirements. Mike frequently assists companies in complying with their on-going reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and with the registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933. Mike also represents private companies and provides them with general corporate and securities related advice. Mike also has experience in assisting clients with corporate governance issues as well as cross-border transactions and migrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a principal owner of a Vancouver law firm from 2006 to 2011and an associate since 2000, where Mike was a member of its corporate and securities group.
