Professional Experience Matthew Smith is an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A group in the firm's Vancouver office. He has particular experience in corporate transactions, listed company maintenance and securities regulatory issues.

He has advised public corporations, including issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian National Stock Exchange, completing several mineral property transactions in North America, South America, Tanzania and Finland. He also regularly acts for public corporations seeking private equity and venture capital financing.
