Professional Experience Kevin Sandhu is an associate in the Business Law and Energy Groups of McMillan's Calgary office. His practice focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law involving oil and gas companies.

Prior to McMillan, Kevin was legal counsel at the Alberta Securities Commission, where he worked on the regulation of over-the-counter derivatives. He was also seconded to Imperial Oil as a member of a large national law firm.

Kevin has also worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in London, England. While in England, Kevin completed his Masters in securities law from the London School of Economics.
