Professional Experience

Julie is an associate in the firm's Financial Services group. She is developing her practice with a focus on commercial debt financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, project financing and secured transactions.

During her time with the firm, Julie has participated in various commercial financing and share and asset acquisition transactions, as well as assisted with regulatory compliance matters in the insurance and banking industries.

Julie joined the firm as a summer student in 2008 and completed her articles with the firm in 2010.
