Jeff Wust is a member of the Securities group in the firm's Vancouver office. His practice includes experience at the New York and Silicon Valley office of a major United States corporate law firm. He advises entrepreneurial growth companies at every stage of their organizational development, as well as the venture capital and private equity firms that provide them with capital. Jeff has a particular focus on providing growth portfolio companies with guidance on organizational structure, strategic alliances and, mergers and acquisitions. Jeff assists investment fund clients with fund formation, identification of investment opportunities, and arrangement of debt and equity financing for transactions.
During his career Jeff has worked with growing and established companies in telecommunications, cable, mining and energy industry applications. He also has experience in large-scale litigation discovery processes and in bankruptcy matters. Having worked in major centre's of both capital investment and business innovation, Jeff has a breadth of experience and perspective that serves clients well on both sides of venture capital transactions.
