Professional Experience Fred is an associate in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Fred summered and completed his articles with McMillan in 2010 where he had the opportunity to participate in various aspects of business law, including: debt and equity financing transactions, share and asset purchase acquisitions, as well as commercial litigation matters.

While attending law school, Fred acted as a student editor for The Canadian Journal of Law & Jurisprudence, and worked as a research and teaching assistant.
