Professional Experience Frank practises Business Law where he focuses on advising clients on business law matters and in particular on private company acquisitions and financings, joint ventures, and specialized shareholder and business structures including the use of special purpose corporations, trusts and partnerships. He also provides advice on succession planning for family business owners and avoiding and dealing with shareholder disputes.

A number of Canadian businesses and international corporations with Canadian operations also benefit from Frank's general counsel advice.

Frank's experience includes two years of practice in Hong Kong between 1988 and 1990. He is the coordinator of the firm's Toronto business law group and past chair of the firm's private equity practice group.
