Professional Activities  

Doug Pedlow has been a partner in the Vancouver office since he joined the firm in 1990. His is an estate planning and general business practice and includes:

  • acquisition, development, subdivision, financing and leasing of commercial, residential and industrial properties
  • real estate project finance for both lenders and borrowers
  • mortgage loans and other credit facilities for both lenders and borrowers
