Professional Experience
Bryan Ede is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate and the Corporate and Commercial practice groups of McMillan's Calgary office. Bryan focuses on providing practical advice, creative solutions and effective results to his clients as a solicitor for a broad range of industries.
Bryan works extensively on the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial real estate, commercial leasing and general corporate commercial transactions, and provides other legal services in all aspects of commercial real estate. He also conducts a general business law practice, providing advice on and drafting agreements for a wide range of other corporate and commercial matters and transactions. His real estate experience focuses on the retail industry, land development, acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial and health use properties and land, and new project execution for several industries.
Bryan strives to be a vital member of each client's team by developing a thorough understanding of their business and objectives, being accessible and providing exceptional legal services. Bryan also draws on his diverse business experience, including his experience as a former member of a national law firm's executive committee, to provide client focused legal services.
