Professional Experience Andrew Stirling is an associate in McMillan's Tax Group. His practice concentrates on all aspects of domestic and international tax planning and income tax matters involving mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate finance, securities offerings and dispute resolution. He also advises charities and not-for-profit entities.

Andrew completed his Master of Laws at Oxford University where he graduated "with distinction" and was an Associate Editor of the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal.
