Professional Experience Andrew Etcovitch is the former Managing Partner of the Montréal office of McMillan. He specializes in the areas of corporate tax and estate planning and has developed a particular expertise in tax aspects of corporate financing, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
