Amanda Bichai is an associate in the Venture Capital Group of the Vancouver office of McMillan LLP. Her practice is focused on securities law, regulatory and general corporate and commercial matters. Amanda has particular experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listed company maintenance. Amanda regularly acts for private companies, issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.
