Professional Experience Alexandre Forest is a member of McMillan's Restructuring and Insolvency Group and the Litigation Group. His practice involves representing companies in the process of restructuring as well as creditors and many aspects of commercial and civil litigation. Alexandre was actively involved in diverse hypothecary recourse files and in the elaboration of different injunction, class action, latent defect and product liability files. He was also extensively involved in a lawsuit concerning fraud on investors and in various insurance claim disputes. He has also been involved in several files on an international level, including various aviation law files and different cases involving conflict of laws and jurisdiction.

Alexandre completed both his Civil Law and Common Law degrees at McGill University. During his studies, he also had the opportunity of clerking for Justice Luc Lefebvre of the Superior Court of Quebec.
