Professional Experience Ahsan is an associate in the firm's Financial Services group. He is developing his practice with a focus on banking, commercial debt financing, syndicated lending and infrastructure financing. 

Ahsan joined McMillan as a summer student in 2009 and completed his articles in 2011. During his summer and articling terms, Ahsan was involved in a wide variety of debt financing, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

At law school, Ahsan was the Managing Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and President of the Muslim Law Students Association.
